Oshakati - Rooms

In September 2021, the journey to bring Oshakati Lofts to life began, and by December 2022, we proudly welcomed our first guests. This aparthotel, a project close to my heart, was constructed on the property where my grandparents first moved in when they relocated from Kimberley South Africa to Namibia (South West Africa at the time) in 1972. They were some of the first people to move into this suburb, now referred to as Oshakati West.

Comprising four self-catering luxury loft apartments and two standard rooms, Oshakati Lofts is not just a business venture; it’s a dream realized. From overseeing construction to personally decorating each space, this project has been a labor of love. It stands as a testament and is a dedication to my Grandma.

Situated in the town where I spent my  childhood, Oshakati Lofts is more than a lodging facility; it’s a reflection of my roots and a commitment to providing luxurious and immaculate accommodation.

In Oshakati Lofts, our individually decorated rooms serve as a canvas to showcase the heroes of Namibia. Figures like King Nehale lya Mpingana and King Mandume ya Ndemufayo take center stage, imparting knowledge to both tourists and locals about the rich history and resilience of our people.
